Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of apparel and print products that are ordered directly from herecomestheapocalypse.com. Goods that you order through the affiliate links to other online retailers must be returned to that online retailer.

Downloadable info products including but not limited to the Disaster Deep Dive and the Master of Disaster are not returnable.

SHIPPING

Unless on back order, print products are shipped within one business day of receipt of the order via USPS shipping.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 45 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, email returns@herecomestheapocalypse.com with your order number or receipt.

Place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 30 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
