I Feel Healthy

I don’t know about you, but I have a new daily ritual of freaking the f*ck out.

If I cough, I have COVID-19. If my kid coughs, we are all going to die.

Every day I might feel slightly tired (which is basically every day), I worry that it’s a symptom of COVID-19.

But stress (and worrying is a type of stress) doesn’t help our mental health and takes a toll on our immune systems.

To help us focus on our health and provide an activity to take our minds off the current situation, we created an “I am healthy” coloring page.

Print it, break out your crayons or colored pencils, and think about all the amazing things your body does for you. I’ve never paid so much attention to my lungs before. They are truly amazing. 

Did you know that seventy percent of waste is eliminated through your lungs just by simply breathing?

And that if our lungs were opened flat they would be so big that they would cover the size of a tennis court? (Source)
